Following on the success of its October, 2006 introduction of EclipseCount (now EclipseCount-DL), Overbridge Technology is pleased to present EclipseCount-CB and EclipseCount-XA. Partnered with or without Overbridge's popular solution for paper control, EclipseRoll, you can customize a proven solution to production cost containment for web presses of all sizes and configurations.
With any of the three EclipseCount products, you get incredibly accurate net signature counts. Look to EclipseCount-DL and EclipseCount-XA for pallet/skid creation and content, and real time and historical automated press production reporting. It has been the norm for EclipseCount to be installed plant wide after an initial installation on one press.
EclipseRoll is based on a proven solution for paper control that is installed on over
300 web presses in North America. It monitors and records true paper linear yield and calculates actual basis weight, providing real time and historical paper usage by roll.
The seamless integration of Overbridge’s EclipseRoll and EclipseCount provides consolidated press production/paper consumption reporting. The open database design readily allows integration into other existing business systems.
